VWD Viscous Damper Wall

*Highly reliable and durable.


* VWD is a viscous damper wall made using the shear stress principle of a high-viscosity material. Viscous material is injected into the container formed by two outer steel plates, with an inner steel plate (resistance plate) inserted into the viscous material.

*Combines durability and economic friction damping capabilities.


*WFD reduces vibrations using friction resistance. It inserts OILES friction material and stainless steel plates between the fixed upper plate and the movable lower plate, then locks PC steel rods on the outer layer to transmit axial force to the friction material. When the fixed plate and the movable plate move relative to each other, friction resistance is generated in the friction material, thereby absorbing vibration energy.
