In Taiwan, traditional exhibition spaces and audiovisual exhibition areas often rely on large screens to present content. While film editing can evoke emotion, the cold seats and lack of immersive experience can leave something to be desired. To address this, we continually seek better media to provide a more intuitive and diverse sensory experience.
Multimedia and Virtual Reality (VR) technologies are playing an increasingly important role in today's world. Multimedia technology encompasses various forms of media such as text, images, and audio-visual elements. With advancements in technology, audiences can now wear VR headsets and feel as though they are in a real-life scenario, interacting with exhibits, which brings new dynamics and fun. This interactive experience not only engages the audience more deeply but also makes it easier to understand and remember the displayed content.
This has opened our eyes to more possibilities: could we combine building safety and seismic isolation technology with multimedia technology to present Taiwan's architectural and real estate industry in new and innovative ways?
In the soon-to-be-completed headquarters, Lee Shinn is creating an interactive visitor experience. Visitors will be able to understand Lee Shinn's corporate history, building safety, and core values through various multimedia applications. Additionally, the design concepts and features of the building projects and agency products will be showcased using various multimedia materials.
