Under the blazing sun, even while sweating profusely, the Taiwan Matsuzawa and construction team remained dedicated, installing LRB (lead-core natural layered rubber seismic isolation pads) at the Han Huang Construction Wu Yue site in the Xin Dian Yang Bei redevelopment area. This project is the first in the area to use seismic isolation, with a total of 36 pads installed.
The installation of these isolation pads is not as simple as it might seem! Every step, from layout, column heads, anchor plates, to bolt torque values, involves meticulous supervision. Taiwan Matsuzawa also deployed project personnel on-site to assist and guide the installation process, ensuring everything proceeded smoothly.
